Originally from Massachusetts, Erika has always thrived in creative environments: whether through visual art, graphic design or inventive problem solving.

Outside of design, Erika runs an adaptive theater program, where she combines her love of performance with a passion for inclusivity and community-building. This work continuously inspires her design approach, reminding her that creativity is most powerful when it’s accessible, collaborative, and human-centered.
